REWIND FOR INDUSTRY
South Pacific Rewinders Limited repair and rewind large electric motors, generators and associated plant for a wide selection of the industrial sector. We also specialise in the repair of high voltage machinery and have a competent team to carry out high quality repairs at competitive prices.

All rewinds utilize a minimum Class F insulation, wire and varnish, etc. All A.C and D.C rewinds carry a new motor guarantee, and we retain full test results.

We offer a pick up and delivery service, and can carry out on-site fault diagnostics and repairs where required.

We specialise in the repair of portable and standby alternators. We are able to rewind and repair with a minimum downtime for you, the customer.

All units are thoroughly tested and set up for New Zealand power supply where required. We repair a large range of marine units and complete all windings with the correct marine protection. Some of the brands we have serviced are Kipor, Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, Onan, Markon, Stamford, Yanmar, Kohler, etc.

We will diagnose the fault on site, disconnect and remove to our workshop for rewinding and repair if necessary. We can then deliver back to site, reinstall and carry out full testing as necessary.

We carry out full rewind and repairs to electric motors, generators, etc whilst ships are in New Zealand waters.

We fully understand the importance of ships meeting sailing deadlines and work around the clock where required.

We record and store all test and performance results.
